Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.
- Business Days: Our processing time is calculated in business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Processing Delays: Please note that orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 5 PM on weekdays will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Method
We partner with Canada Post and UPS for all of our shipments.
- Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and dropped off, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location.
- Delivery Areas: Shipping is available to addresses within Canada only.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Delays
While Skkare strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be delays due to the following circumstances:
- Weekends and Holidays: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays. This may cause a slight delay in your order’s processing time.
- Unforeseen Events: Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, postal strikes, or issues within Canada Post's delivery network. We are not responsible for these delays, but we will do our best to keep you informed if any issues arise.
