At Skkare,

We accept returns & exchanges on new, unopened, and unused merchandise in its original packaging and unbroken inner/outer seal within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items returned (in condition stated above) will be issued a full refund / exchange after inspections, excluding any shipping charges. Please ensure the original receipt and packing slips are included in order for the return to be processed. 

Once we receive the returned items in new, unopened, unused, and original condition, we will process the refund / exchange. You will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for refunds to process. 

In the case of a faulty item or discrepancies in your order, please contact info@skkarebeauty.ca within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with returns.

All sale-priced items, purchases made using a discount code, and promotional purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Any opened / used products will not be refundable due to hygiene concerns. 

 

Holiday Exchanges:

We will honour and extend all exchanges and returns once Canada Post strike has ended. Please keep the original packaging and a copy of your purchase order on hand.
